THE MALONE RESIDENCE

The Malones have lived in their same house for decades and they decided it was time for a refresh! The living space boasts a vaulted ceiling and a gorgeous floor to ceiling fireplace. The only problem was how dark the space was even with the amount of room they had! My number one goal was to lighten the space and bring more of the natural light inside! We removed the popcorn ceiling throughout the home, white washed the fireplace, added a fresh coat of neutral paint throughout, and finished it off with brand new LVT wood look flooring that really warms the space an makes it the perfect spot for family gatherings.

We split the project into two phases! The changes mentioned above were done in phase one. The kitchen will be updated in phase two! Check back later for more updates!
